Ich habe Leadership nicht aus Fachbüchern gelernt. Sondern durch Praxis und indem ich beobachtet habe, wie lebendige Systeme tatsächlich funktionieren – und was passiert, wenn wir sie ignorieren. Jahrelang habe ich miterlebt, wie brillante Menschen an extraktiven Systemen scheiterten, mich selbst eingeschlossen. Ich habe gesehen, wie Start-up-Gründer und Teamleiter ihre Gesundheit für Wachstum und reibungslose Abläufe opferten, wie NGO- und Community-Leiter sich bei dem Versuch, die Welt zu retten, völlig überarbeiteten und wie Landwirte unter dem enormen Druck, das System zu stützen, isoliert wurden.
During the last five years, I threw myself into the deep end of Regenerative Agriculture—acquiring hard, practical knowledge on diverse farms and planning adaptive grazing strategies. This wasn’t a hobby; it was an intense, muddy, and rigorous immersion in managing volatility. It demanded a radical ability to shift contexts instantly, dive deep into unfamiliar ecologies, and build a sharp, comprehensive understanding of living systems under real-world pressure. I learned that a degraded field and a burned-out team suffer from the exact same root cause: over-extraction. The fundamental laws of regeneration don’t change whether you are regenerating soil or scaling a company.
Bridging the boardroom, the field, and the kitchen table, I combine living-systems thinking, practical organizational strategy, and deep inner work to help you transition from a ‘manager’ who controls, to a ‘steward’ who cultivates.
