There is no blueprint.

A holistic approach to regeneration

As every situation is different, the most important step is to find out your needs within your context. In an initial call we discuss your challenges and your goal with a regenerative management, and how I could support you in these.

These three pathways can be a starting point.

Starting your Journey

Explore and describe your context

Why are you doing what you’re doing? You  want to change something but don’t know where to start?

We develop your holistic context as a start to managing your organization, farm, or communal land with a holistic mindset – to  create a healthy and resilient resource base for yourself, your partners, and the landscape.

You can also join me in an open training with Land Regeneration.

Journey to your design

Create structures and processes in line with your context and vision

You have all your information available from your individual context, but how do the structures, processes, and workflows need to be to support your journey as a team in a sustainable way – and far into the future?

With system thinking in mind, we learn from past practices and current developments, and design together team  structures that make sense for you – keeping the focus on your individual context, the present integration, and future stability of what you’ll be doing.

Journey to monitor change

Monitor your ecosystem health

Is my land regenerating or degenerating? How do my daily management decisions affect my land? How can I tell how well my ecosystem processes are working?

Ecological monitoring looks at the function and health of the ecosystem – in other words, how well water and mineral cycles, energy flows and community dynamics are working on my land.

The focus is not on a specific practice, but on the outcomes that your applied practices produce.

Include a monitoring routine like EOV (Ecological Outcome Verification) into your management for regeneration.

How we will work together

As every situation is different, the most important step is to find out your needs within your context. In an initial call we discuss your challenges and your goal with a regenerative management, and how I could support you in these.

From there we decide if and how we can work together.

My services include different formats, adjusted to your situation and your needs:

  • one-on-one support,
  • project participation,
  • workshops and trainings around  holistic management, context building, and land planning, as well as
  • ecological monitoring.

Maybe you already have an idea how you want us to work together?

About me

I love to work with people on asking the right questions and solving challenges with a holistic mindset, systemic view, and new narratives. I am an Accredited Field Professional in Holistic Management (Savory Institute) with an intensive background in process management, decision-making, workflows, innovation management, and project management.

I mostly work embedded in a project-related team or as a direct sparring partner for concepts and coaching.

I love training Holistic Management in a group and to go deeper in 1:1 work with (land) managers or consultants integrating Holistic Management into their work.

I also love to write. Some of my regenerative thoughts and anecdotes, you can find on Across The Ocean, a blog I started 8 years ago when I didn’t even know I would end up here.
